Our role
BIM City handled BIM management during the execution (EXE) phase, working alongside the client and the architect.
We received the models produced by the project teams, organised and checked them, and reported on their quality and progress. We also led the BIM coordination meetings and wrote the minutes, so every decision and action was recorded and followed up.
